Hello, my friends! I'm Yuko, I'm a regular member of the community so you may know me from previous events.

I'm thrilled to invite you to a special event that holds a lot of meaning for me.

As I prepare my departure to Japan, I would be honored if you could join me for my farewell(for now) potluck gathering and a gratitude sound healing session.

Through the profound, transformative experience at Embrace Life Community, I've discovered a calling to spread sound healing in Japan giving peace and tranquility to others. In a world that often feels complex and ever-changing, we all need and deserve to find serenity and relaxation.

During this session, I'd like to share experimental sounds with crystal bowls and some soothing melodies of Japanese Lullabies (called "子守唄').

It's an opportunity  to immerse ourselves in the therapeutic sounds and embrace the benefits they offer to our bodies, brains and minds.

This event is free. Please kindly contribute to the joyful atmosphere by bringing a dish, dessert or drink to share with everyone.
