Tantra is a path of awakening and exploration that helps us move out of ordinary states into a sense of heightened awareness, expanded sensation and mindfulness. Simple, accessible practices can enhance the pleasure, sensuality, and satisfaction of your everyday experience.
This is not a lecture - we want you to experience something new and learn something about yourself.

We use the transformative power of breath, mindful movement, touch, sound, and meditation to move into a deeper state of presence and cultivate joy and intimacy. This allows us to live more fully and more consciously and experience higher states of pleasure and bliss.
We will close our event with a puja, which is a ceremony and ritual of reverence and offering. It is designed to open your heart and tune in to your own divinity and experience the divinity within others.

ABOUT OUR PRESENTER. Olga is a trained Certified Tantra Educator with Charles Muir’s Source School of Tantra and Mantak Chia’s Taoist Arts and graduate of Margot Anand’s Skydancing Tantra teacher training. Her work is enhanced by studies in Bodywork, Reflexology, EFT, Bondassage, Integrative Hypnosis, Reiki and meditation. She offers private sessions in Northern New Jersey.
