Kundalini Yoga will be guided by Yana Kippel. Yana is a certified hatha, vinyasa and kundalini yoga teacher, with her own practice for over 15 years.
She is an interfaith interspiritual minister and a spiritual life coach in her second year of training in One Spirit Seminary in New York.
She is a devoted student of a yogic path, Vedas and Vedic astrology.
She has a multidisciplinary holistic approach in her teaching aiming to serve unity consciousness and support collective healing.

Sound healing is a type of energy/vibrational healing facilitated by Jim Robinson http://www.embracelifecommunity.com. Sacred instruments are used to release energetic blockages, inducing a state of ease and harmony in the body. Sound healing synchronizes brain waves to achieve profound states of relaxation, helping to restore the balanced vibratory frequencies of the cells in our bodies.

Reiki session by Inna Shapiro available as additional service during crystal bowls play. 11mins - $10 or 33mins - $30. As you come in please let us know if you would like a Reiki during a sound healing session.

Reiki is an energy healing technique. Practitioners act as a conduit between the person and the source of the universal life force energy. The energy flows through the practitioner’s hands to the client. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you.
