Cacao is a sacred heart-opening plant medicine that connects us deeper with our intuition or our divine self. In this special Cacao Ceremony, we will share a blend of ceremonial raw cacao that will facilitate heart and energy opening to dive into the depths of your being.
We will explore practices of breath-work, frequency raising exercises, and opening our throat chakras with ancient light-codes and multidimensional tuning.
We will set intentions to connect to your higher self as you go on the journey with the ancient practice of blindfolded movement therapy. Dance and experience the joy of allowing the body to move freely as you connect to your divine expression.

No caffeine intake for 6 hours before (and after) as it can be overstimulating
No mind-altering substances on the day of ceremony: alcohol, marijuana, psychedelics, etc
No dairy products on the day of the ceremony, as they counteract the benefits of cacao and can cause stomach aches
Fast 2-3 hours prior to ceremony for an optimal experience. Listen to your body. For low blood sugar eat whole foods or bring a snack. We will have some nuts and fruit available, but feel free to bring a Whole Foods snack for yourself. Cacao itself is quite filling.
