Please join us for a Cacao Ceremony, led by Masha Zolotarsky, and Ecstatic Dance led by Inna Shapiro. We will come together in community, connect deeper with with our heart, body and soul — and with each other.
We've had a few of these now and can attest to how powerful this combination of cacao + ecstatic dance is. Both can be healing on their own and this ceremony will give you an opportunity to connect even deeper with yourself.
Our sacred soul journey can be more enjoyable and accelerated when surrounded by community.
We will join in circle, connect with each other, learn about the power of cacao, dance like nobody is watching, meditate, go through a guided drum journey, and come back to a sharing circle of whatever may be opening up for us in that moment.
100% Pure Ceremonial Cacao is a special & sacred plant medicine for the heart that helps us open up, heal gently, and invite more creativity, joy and love into our lives.
Cacao is not just a sacred plant medicine, it is also the #1 superfood. It has so many incredible benefits that make us feel amazing. Masha will be serving Keith’s Cacao, which is known to be one of the purest and potent cacaos — made with the outmost integrity.

With each cup of cacao, you set an intention, so bring an intention with you or let it appear in the moment, whatever is present for you in your life where you would like healing or guidance.
***Please note* Due to the nature of making cacao ahead of time, we require a commitment by February 17th, 10 pm.***

Ecstatic Dance will be led by Inna Shapiro (https://www.livefullestlife.me/).
It is a free-form, not structured dance space. Ecstatic Dance is an inner/outer journey, an authentic moving meditation where true Presence is experienced. It creates a direct body-mind-spirit connection, allowing our body and inner guidance to be our own teachers. It's about being fully present, transparent and real with oneself and others, discovering our own true dance, using this movement and energetic experience to release stuck patterns in our bodies, emotions and mind and being able to experience true union with the divine as One.
With humility and mindfulness, we invite you to reflect upon your cultural context surrounding your engagement with these practices.
