The Art Of Letting Go - A participatory, hands-on, mind & body immersive experience  designed for you to explore what it means to UNHOOK and LET YOURSELF LOOSE. 

This event will be run in the workshop style with a focus on stepping on the path to finding serenity and exploring the true meaning of LETTING GO, LETTING IN, and LETTING BE. Participation in this immersive workshop is your opportunity to step away from the grind of everyday life. This is your chance to reconnect with your inner peace and a community of like-minded inner peace seeking individuals. Through guided meditation,  stream-of-consciousness writing, intuitive, creative expression, and insight sharing, you will meaningfully connect with yourself and others on a deeper level. You will have an opportunity to define for yourself what “letting go,” “letting in,” and “letting be” mean for you. This is your chance to recharge your batteries so you can show up to tackle everyday life responsibilities more centered, peaceful, and happier.

Part 1 - Exploring the Mind

2:30 pm- 3:15 pm “Letting Go, Letting In, Letting Be” Guided Contemplative Meditation; Immersion & Stream of Consciousness Writing

Through the process of guided meditation, you will be led into a relaxed state of body and contemplative state of mind where in the privacy of your being, you will have the opportunity to ponder on what “Letting Go, Letting In and Letting Be" means for you.

Following a guided meditation, you will have a chance to practice stream-of-consciousness writing and capture on paper the fluid flow of your thoughts, emotions, and feelings as they occur in real-time without censoring yourself. By letting your hand go and allowing yourself to write down whatever comes to your mind, you will have an opportunity to gain insight into your inner world nonjudgmentally. 

3:15 pm - 3:30 pm Reflection, Sharing & Bathroom Break

Sharing is an important element in group dynamics that enriches the experience for all participants. For that reason, after stream-of-consciousness writing, the floor will be open for reflection and sharing. Never forced but always gently encouraged, you will be invited to share your insights briefly  (3 min max).  Sharing will be optional but encouraged, and if you feel strongly about keeping your insight to yourself, you are more than welcome to do so.

Part 2 - Connecting with The Body 

3:30 pm-4:00 pm Bilateral Drawing Session

With calling a group’s attention to coming back to the main mental inquiry of  “Letting Go, Letting In, Letting Be,” you will use bilateral drawing as a tool for deepening connection with your body and developing greater self-awareness. With a focus on feeling sensations in your upper body’s - shoulder area, you will be guided to use both hands simultaneously to draw and let yourself loose while feeling into your body and following its lead. 

Part 3 - Following The Soul

4:00 pm-4:30 pm Neurographic Art Session

During the mindful practice of neurographic drawing, you will use what you uncover during meditation and stream of conscious writing and use “LETTING GO” or “ LETTING IN” or “LETTING BE”  as a base of your soul inquiry and explore how mindful practice of  neurographic drawing can help you integrate what your soul is calling for.

4:30 pm - 5:00 pm Final Reflections & Insight Sharing 

With closing momentary meditation, you will have an opportunity to deepen your insights. After closing meditation  the space will open for reflection and insights sharing. Sharing is optional. 

5:00 pm- 5:30 pm Tea, Mingle, and Farewell
